2- Find number of bolts (n) to carry a load of F = (ST. NO.) X 1000 N, if the bolt size is bolt size = M(ST. NO. + 1), and the bolt material is EN3, the factor of safety SF = 10.
3- 8 bolts size M10 are to withstand a tensile force Ft = (ST. NO.) x 3900 N, taking factor of safety SF = 5, Find the bolt steel material EN?
4- 10 bolts size M12 are to withstand a tensile force Ft =(ST. NO.) x 5000 N, the bolts are made of steel EN8, taking factor of safety SF= 10, find if the design is safe or not.
